Christina C Rivera is the founder and owner of H2U+ and an experienced massage therapist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology, with a dance emphasis, from the University of Northern Colorado, is internationally certified as a professional massage therapist according to the high standards of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (A.B.M.P.)., and is founder of the Hartsch Technique.
Ashly graduated in 2004 from Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Therapeutic Massage School in Charlotte, NC. Southeastern specializes in Neuromuscular and Swedish modalities. Ashly is proficient in NMT, deep tissue, Swedish and TMJ modalities. In 2010, she was intrigued by a new technique that allows very deep work without having to use the sharper edges of elbows and forearms. Ashly completed the first level of Ashiatsu in 2011.
Olga is a graduate of The Denver Integrative massage school. She has a wide ranging knowledge of bodywork modalities, specializes in Thai, Swedish Massage, and Trigger Point therapy. Olga has had great success helping clients who deal with chronic pain, headaches, and postural dysfunction associated with office work and regular computer use.
Steve graduated from The Cottonwood School of Massage Therapy in 2003 and is certified in several different techniques, including therapeutic, hot stone therapy and reflexology. Steve is committed to and enjoys learning about how the human body functions. He spends time taking various massage classes throughout the year, so that he can continue to aid you in improved overall health!
